Are You not much better than they
The fowls of the air and the beast of the field
Doesn’t God care for them each day
And even for the lilies of the field?

Are You not much better than they,
And not one of them by God is forgotten
Why then do You weep everyday
As if Your hope is shattered and rotten?

Are You not much better than they?
Of more value You are than many sparrows
God’s mindful of You everyday
He is aware of Your pains and sorrows

“You are much better than they
You are not forsaken
Neither are You forgotten
You are of more value to God than many sparrows
He is ever mindful of You
And he will bless You.

You see, You gotta,
Learn to make Yourself happy
Even when things go wrong
Don’t be overwhelmed by worry
Lean on the Almighty to be strong.

For the gift of life be thankful
God preserved You for a reason
You need not turn a real handful
All the heartaches is for a season.

With those precious promises of His
Have You found any in his word?
Then, create time to chew for sheer bliss.

You mustn’t lost Your faith in God
Like some did in their sorrow-hood
Soon that prolonged painful rod

And for sure
God will cure,
Bringing lasting relief
As You keep Your belief.
